Athira Abd Mallek obtained her LLB from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) with a Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in November 2022. She then completed her pupillage and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in October 2023.
During her pupillage, Athira handled both conveyancing and general litigation files. However, the focus was more towards litigation. She was exposed to handling panelship files for Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Majlis Perbandaran Sepang, Majlis Perbandaran Kuala Langat and Majlis Perbandaran Selayang. She is responsible for drafting the Writ of Summons until obtaining a judgment in default/enforcement of the judgment.
At the end of 2023, she joined Messrs Low & Partners to continue her legal journey. She is currently an Associate in Seremban’s Branch. Her practice focuses primarily on non-contentious legal matters and civil litigation matters. As a junior associate, she always reminded to take every case, no matter how small, as an opportunity to learn and grow.

With dedication, she hopes to achieve more great things in her legal career.
