Jasmine Low graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1997 and was called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1998. She is a senior member of the Bar with more than 20 years of standing.

Jasmine’s wealth of experience is undeniable. She started out as a litigation lawyer before co-founding the firm of Messrs Tengku Azlina, Rao, Low & Associates in 1999. She was actively involved in the conveyancing practice back then, besides supervising the administration, management and accounts of the partnership firm. In 2016, Jasmine was offered partnership in Messrs Bas Vin Associates to head both its conveyancing and corporate departments. Subsequently in 2019, she joined Messrs Low & Partners as a partner.


  • Corporate and commercial laws: Drafted and advised on numerous corporate and commercial agreements for her clients in their local and/or cross-border business collaborations and joint ventures, amongst others, with the Oxford Business School, Siemens and various GLCs;
  • Strata management laws: Acted for and advised a number of Joint Management Bodies and Management Corporations of different types of stratified projects in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor ranging from low cost flats to high end condominiums including drafting their house rules/by-laws and advising/facilitating their AGMs; and
  • Conveyancing laws: Represented individual and corporate clients in various types of property transactions including sale and purchase agreements, loan agreements, tenancy and lease agreements, trust deeds, power of attorney, wills and legal compliance for governmental approvals.

Jasmine always upholds the principle of justice in her daily legal practice. She continually ensures that her clients’ interest is well protected and at the same time strives hard to act fairly to all the parties in a transaction. Because of her vast experiences in diverse areas of laws, her commitment for excellence and her proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Cantonese, Jasmine is constantly referred by her clients from all walks of life.
