Chloe Yong obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) with First Class Honours from Northern University of Malaysia in 2021.

She commenced her legal career with Messrs Low & Partners and completing her pupillage under Partner, Ms. Yeo Soo Peng. In 2022, Chloe was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya and has since been retained as an Associate in the firm’s Conveyancing Department.

Chloe has been extensively involved in a broad spectrum of real estate and estate administration matters, including:

• Property transactions involving developers and sub-sale cases

• Loan documentation for various financial institutions such as RHB Bank, CIMB Bank, Maybank, Public Bank, LPPSA, Bank Simpanan Nasional, AmBank, Hong Leong Bank, UOB Bank, Affin Bank and Alliance Bank

• Drafting of tenancy agreements, perfection of transfer and charge, and drafting of wills

• Probate and administration of estates

In addition, Chloe regularly advises foreign clients on property acquisition in Malaysia, guiding them through the legal framework and compliance requirements applicable to non-citizen purchasers.
