Afifah Binti Ahmad Niza is an Associate at Low & Partners, Klang Branch. She obtained her LL.B (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in 2023, where she built a strong foundation in legal research, drafting, and advocacy. In the same year, she commenced and successfully completed her nine-month pupillage, gaining practical exposure and hands-on experience in legal practice. Following the completion of her pupillage, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2024.
Afifah has also completed a Diploma in Syarie Law and Practice at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Shah Alam in early 2025. While she has not yet had the opportunity to practice in the syarie field, this additional qualification equips her with broader legal knowledge and a deeper appreciation of the intersections between civil and syarie law. It also provides her with an added perspective when handling property-related matters that may touch on both areas of law.
At Low & Partners, Afifah continues to focus her practice on conveyancing matters, including subsale transactions, perfection of transfer, discharge and perfection of charge, and other property dealings. She approaches each transaction with precision and care, ensuring that processes are handled smoothly, efficiently, and in the best interest of clients.
Afifah believes that law should not intimidate clients but empower them. She sees her role as helping clients navigate their property dealings with clarity, precision, and peace of mind. She values trust and communication as the foundation of every client relationship, and she is committed to continuous growth so she can serve with both technical skill and genuine care.
