Hoe Sze Kit is an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya who was called to the Bar in January 2025. She read law with the University of London and subsequently completed the Certificate in Legal Practice, equipping her with a strong academic foundation and practical insights into the Malaysian legal system.
Her legal career began in 2022 as a paralegal, where she gained early exposure to various aspects of practice while preparing for the CLP. During this formative period, she was actively involved in matters relating to civil litigation, medical negligence, family law and probate and administration. These experiences allowed her to develop a solid understanding of case management, client communication and the importance of tailored legal strategies.
Following her admission to the Bar, she joined Low & Partners, where she chose to deepen her focus in the area of family and matrimonial proceedings including divorce, custody, maintenance and ancillary relief matters. She is driven by the belief that legal representation should not only be competent, but also strategic and solution-oriented. Guided by this principle, she strives to deliver practical advice and effective outcomes that align with her clients’ best interests.
