Wei Ling read law at the University of East Anglia, where she obtained her LL.B (Hons), before completing her Bar Vocational Studies at City, University of London. She was called to the Bar of England and Wales and is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Upon her return to Malaysia, she began her legal journey as a pupil at Messrs Ghazi & Lim, where she gained hands-on exposure to conveyancing, commercial, and corporate matters, shaping her practical and grounded approach to legal work.
She later joined Messrs Low & Partners as a Legal Associate, where she focuses on probate and administration matters, conveyancing, and estate-related work. Her practice includes handling Probate and Letter of Administration procedures, Sub-sale transactions, preparing documents such as Memorandum of Transfer, Discharge of Charge, and Deeds of Gift.
Many people have said that she is kind to a fault, even to the point of being taken advantage of. However, kindness is a strength that shapes how she practises law — with empathy, integrity, and respect for those she serves. She believes that while the law demands precision and firmness, it is kindness and fairness that ultimately give it meaning.
