His practice spans a broad range of civil matters, including defamation, negligence, intellectual property, and commercial disputes. In many cases, he has successfully secured judgments and settlements involving multimillion-ringgit claims.

In addition to litigating disputes, he offers clients alternative resolution strategies where appropriate. He has frequently assisted clients in reaching out-of-court settlements, thereby saving time and costs.

He believes that legal knowledge is not merely a tool for resolving disputes, but a preventive asset. Wen Jun's approach goes beyond dispute resolution, he also strives to educate and advise clients on how to avoid similar issues in the future.
