Tay Hui Jia holds an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of London and a Strategic Professional Certificate from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). She reads chamber in the litigation department at our firm and joined as a legal Associate upon being called to the Malaysian Bar in 2025. She is also an ACCA member. Throughout her studies, she believes that passion, resilience and integrity are fundamental to professional success and personal fulfilment.
She is currently assigned as an Associate in assisting counsel in the litigation department. Her key practice areas include corporate and commercial litigation, with a particular focus on commercial disputes, regulatory enforcement, and debt recovery. She strives to provide practical, solution-oriented advice to her clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. She approaches every matter with meticulous attention, diligence and integrity striving to achieve outcomes that provide meaningful value to clients.
