Regina Daniel is an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, bringing more than three decades of experience in civil and commercial litigation. She acts for corporations, banks, and individual clients in disputes where financial exposure, operational risk, and reputation demand careful management.

Her practice is guided by a clear principle: every dispute must be approached with structure, precision, and a defined objective.

Regina received her LL.B (Hons.) (Ext.) from the University of London and completed the Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP). She was admitted to the Bar in 1991.

Professional Experience

Regina began her legal career in Kuala Lumpur, completing her pupillage and starting as a legal assistant. During this early stage, she gained a solid foundation in litigation, handling a wide array of civil matters and gaining essential courtroom experience.

She subsequently joined another firm, representing banks, financial institutions, and corporate clients. Her work was centred on banking litigation, corporate recovery, and enforcement proceedings, which established her technical expertise in structured financial disputes and creditor actions.

As her career progressed, Regina worked alongside senior practitioners, expanding her experience into commercial disputes, property litigation, and contentious advisory work. She handled cases involving contractual breakdowns, directors and shareholder disputes, association disputes between the members and committee and disputes with significant financial consequences.

In 2015, Regina founded Regina Daniel & Co., where she practised as a sole proprietor for ten years. During this period, she managed a diverse range of clients, including high-value disputes, and built her clientele on reliability and efficiency.

In 2026, Regina Daniel & Co merged with Low & Partners, a multi-branch firm with international affiliations. Regina now serves as a Principal Associate, continuing to actively practice while broadening her advisory scope to include a wider client base, including foreign clients.
