The common charges in Malaysia includes:

Section 378 of the Penal Code, which shall be punished with imprisonment may extend to 7 years OR with fine OR both or subsequent offence shall be punished with imprisonment AND fine OR
Section 379A of the Penal Code, which shall be punished with imprisonment of not less than 1 year and not more than 7 years AND
Section 380 of the Penal Code, which shall be punished with imprisonment extend to 10 years AND fine.
