Murder
Murder is the most serious criminal charge under Malaysian law, punishable by mandatory death penalty or life imprisonment under Section 302 of the Penal Code. Cases involving culpable homicide, attempted murder, or abetment also carry heavy penalties.
The common charge in Malaysia is Section 302 of the Penal Code, which shall be punished with death penalty (before amendment) and now it’s within the judge’s discretion.
Low & Partners approach each case with precision, urgency, and discretion. Murder trials are complex and require careful analysis of forensic evidence, witness credibility, motive, and mental state.
