Foo Hui Yu is a law graduate of Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). Her legal education has shaped her into a disciplined and analytical individual, equipping her with a structured and methodical approach to legal matters. She upholds high standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical responsibility in the discharge of her duties, and approaches her work with diligence and accountability.
She completed her nine-month pupillage at Low & Partners, Taiping, and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 10 October 2025. Following her admission, she was retained as a Legal Associate with the firm. Her practice focuses primarily on sub-sale transactions, developer projects, and conveyancing matters, where she assists clients at various stages of property transactions, ensuring compliance and smooth completion of legal processes.
She believes that professionalism extends beyond technical competence to include ethical conduct, respect for others, and continuous self-improvement, and she remains committed to purposeful, responsible, and client-focused legal practice.
