Ziah Yuan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons) with First Class Honour from Universiti Utara Malaysia in 2020.
She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 27 October 2021. Following her admission, she commenced practice as a Legal Assistant at Messrs Tay Chai Huat & Co., where she developed a strong foundation in conveyancing and property-related matters. During her tenure, she was actively involved in a broad range of real estate transactions, including developer projects and subsale matters, as well as loan documentation for various financial institutions.
Her practice encompasses the preparation and completion of loan documentation, perfection of transfer and charge, discharge of charge, refinancing, tenancy agreements, and real property gains tax submissions. She is also experienced in handling land office and registry matters across multiple jurisdictions, particularly well-versed in the distinct procedural requirements of the Kedah land registry, ensuring the smooth and timely registration of instruments.
At Low & Partners, Ziah Yuan is leading the conveyancing practice for the Sungai Petani Branch. She continues to focus on conveyancing practice, advising and assisting clients in navigating property transactions with clarity, efficiency, and practical insight.
