Jing Yuan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Multimedia University and is currently practising at Messrs Low & Partners, where he heads the Batu Kawan Branch. His practice primarily focuses on conveyancing and property-related advisory work, family and matrimonial matters, as well as probate and estate administration.
In the area of conveyancing, Jing Yuan regularly advises and assists clients in developer projects and sub-sale transactions, including the drafting and review of sale and purchase agreements, tenancy agreements, loan documentation, perfection of transfer and charge, refinancing matters, and property financing transactions for financial institutions. His experience includes involvement in developer projects comprising more than 100 units, requiring extensive coordination between developers, purchasers, financial institutions, and relevant authorities throughout the transaction process.
He has also been involved in assisting developers with the implementation of the electronic Sale and Purchase Agreement (e-SPA) framework which took effect beginning 1 January 2026, including overseeing documentation workflows and coordinating compliance-related processes arising from the evolving regulatory landscape. His exposure to both developer side and banking side transactions enables him to manage matters with precision, commercial awareness, and practical efficiency.
Apart from conveyancing practice, Jing Yuan also advises clients in non-contentious family and matrimonial matters, including divorce proceedings, child custody arrangements, maintenance agreements, and related family settlements. He approaches such matters with professionalism and sensitivity, with emphasis on practical and amicable resolution while safeguarding clients’ interests.
His practice further extends to probate and estate administration matters, including estate planning advisory, as well as applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and Small Estate Distribution Orders. He works closely with clients to ensure estate matters are administered efficiently and in compliance with legal requirements, providing clear guidance throughout sensitive family circumstances.
