Kelly graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of London in 2023 and obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board in 2024.
Kelly commenced her pupillage at Messrs Low & Partners in the year of 2024, where she gained extensive hands-on experience across a broad spectrum of legal matters. Immersed in a dynamic litigation environment from the outset, she developed a strong foundation in legal research, litigation procedure, and legal drafting. She was subsequently called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2026.
Following her admission, Kelly was retained as a Legal Associate at Messrs Low & Partners reflecting the confidence and trust the firm placed in her abilities. She focuses primarily on general litigation, with particular emphasis on debt recovery, tenancy disputes, and enforcement proceedings. She also assists in family matters, bankruptcy proceedings, and probate and administration.
Kelly firmly believes that the legal profession plays a vital role in upholding justice and protecting the rights of individuals. She is deeply committed to ensuring that each client is fully advised of their legal rights and that their best interests remain at the forefront of every decision made.
