Having been called to the English Bar as a Barrister-at-Law in 2019 and subsequently admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2020, Kangyi brings both a solutions-oriented approach and hands-on legal expertise to his practice.

Kangyi has worked with corporate clients on matters such as IPO filing & documentation, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring, and due diligence processes. His experience spans various sectors enabling him to craft practical and effective legal solutions for his clients' most pressing issues.

Notably, Kangyi has played an instrumental role in high-profile IPOs and corporate restructuring projects, including his involvement in the Main Market listing of CPE Technology Berhad on Bursa Malaysia. His responsibilities included preparing key documentation such as the Malaysian Legal Opinion and Prospectus, ensuring full compliance of Securities Commission Malaysia and  Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with all legal procedures and regulatory guidelines.
