Chin Chyu Ern pursued law at the University of Liverpool, UK. She graduated with First Class Honours in 2017 and completed her Certificate of Legal Practice the following year.
Thereafter, Chyu Ern commenced her pupillage with Messrs. Low & Partners under the tutelage of Dato’ Andy Low. Throughout her chambering period, Chyu Ern was predominantly involved in her chosen area of interest – corporate and commercial law. She assisted in the handling of various corporate matters, mainly in the drafting, reviewing and amending of a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements as well as in the conducting of due diligence and research for corporate advisory matters. Upon the completion of her pupillage, Chyu Ern was enrolled as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2020.

She subsequently begun her legal practice in Messrs. Low & Partners as an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Division where she works under Ms. Fiona Fong. She is involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial works including business and asset sales, acquisition and disposal of shares, shareholder matters, license agreements, joint venture agreements, employment contracts, and other commercial and business matters. Chyu Ern is committed to understanding each client’s wants and needs in the context of their specific circumstances, and is driven to helping them achieve commercial success on the best possible terms.
