Hoo Wan Yee earned a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B Hons) from the University of London. She further obtained the qualification of Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in the following year. She subsequently joined Messrs Low & Partners and commenced her pupillage under the tutelage of the firm’s partner, Ms Gwen Yeap Siew Fen. In 2023, Wan Yee was admitted as an Advocates & Solicitors of the High Court of Malaya. She was then retained as an Associate in our Penang branch where she continues to thrive.
Wan Yee's professional journey encompasses a diverse range of legal matters, showcasing her expertise in Probate and Estate Administration matter, conveyancing as well as real estate transaction ranging from developer’s cases, sub-sale, loan documentation for various banks, refinancing, perfection of transfer, perfection of charge, tenancy agreement, wills drafting, discharge or annulment of bankruptcy and divorce proceedings.
Her guiding principle is that "nothing seems impossible until it is done" reflecting her dedication in delivering high-quality legal services.
