Low & Partners was founded by Dato’ Andy Low Hann Yong in 2009 as a client-centric firm.
From a modest solo practice, Low & Partners has now grown a full-service law firm. To further accommodate the increasing demands and needs of clients in providing good quality legal services, the Firm has setup regional offices in the north and south region of Malaysia (i.e. Penang and Johor Bahru). This has shown Low & Partners’ strong level of commitment in strategically positioning itself to service clients throughout the country.
