2019 10th Year Anniversary- A Decade of Dedication, Growth, and Excellence

In April 2009, Dato’ Andy Low Hann Yong founded Low & Partners with a clear vision: to build a client-centric law firm grounded in quality, integrity, and strategic foresight. From its humble beginnings in Damansara Uptown – on the top floor above a boutique shop and ice cream parlour – the firm quickly distinguished itself through its commitment to personalized service and legal excellence.  

Over the next decade, Low & Partners evolved from a modest solo practice into a full-service law firm, expanding its reach to better serve clients across Malaysia. Key milestones included: 

• 2010 – Steady growth with the addition of new partners, setting the foundation for a nationwide presence. 

• 2011 – Alignment of practice areas with the team’s expertise, paving the way for comprehensive service offering. 

• 2013 – Acquisition of land in Damansara Utama and commencement of the firm’s purpose-built headquarters. 

• 2016 – Launch of the new HQ, expansion to Penang with the Georgetown branch, and a growing team of talented lawyers. 

• 2017 – Southern expansion into Johor Bahru, strengthening the firm’s footprint in the region. 

• 2018 – Recognition as a finalist for “Malaysia Law Firm of the Yea” at the Asian Legal Business Awards. 

By April 2019, Low & Partners celebrated its 10-year anniversary as one of Malaysia’s leading legal practices – renowned for its strategic growth, award-winning service, and unwavering dedication to clients. The first decade was not just a story of expansion, but of a steadfast commitment to the values that continue to define the firm.
